Below you will find more information regarding the products and services offered by Nib & Flow Design. This section will break down each category along with the estimated pricing associated with each item or service. Have other ideas for a project not listed below? DEPOSIT + CONTRACT
A 40% Non-Refundable Retainer is required for Nib & Flow to reserve the appropriate time it takes for your custom order. The remaining balnace, and shipping if applicable, is due before final delivery. A contract will also be sent with invoice. This contract is a review of Nib & Flow’s Policies and must be signed before any work can begin. If a project requires printing, whether in-house or outsourced, a Proof Approval Form & Print Authorization will also require signing
CUSTOM STATIONERY DESIGN
All prices below are estimates based on my experience. Since all of my products are completely custom, please reach out to me to get a more accurate quote. Printing, Shipping, and/or Tax are not included in these estimates.
- Deluxe Invitations (fully illustrated artwork and/or all calligraphy) - $360+
- Traditional Invitations (calligraphy only for items of heirarchical relevance) - $120+
- Save the Dates, Holiday Cards, Birth Announcements - $120+
- Reply Card or Details Card (pricing per piece) - $60+
- Monogram - $60+
- Wax Seal (wax seal and wax not included) - $60+
- Envelope Liners - $35+
- Return Address (stamp not included) - $35+
- Thank You Cards - $35+
Day-Of Items are a great way to bring your wedding or event dreams to life. You’ve checked off all the major must haves, however, these small details can make a huge difference in the overall theme and look of your big day. Seating chart quotes are available upon request. Printing, Shipping, and/or Tax are not included in these estimates.
- Signage (pricing varies greatly on size & design - $75+

Nib & Flow Design offers more than just event and wedding stationery items. Among these items are a few pieces that fall under keepsakes. Keepsakes are the perfect gifts for those celebrating life’s special occasions.
- Certificates (certificates are not legal documents, keepsake only) - $300+
- Vows (pricing varies greatly on artwork size & wording length) - $90+
- Love Letters (pricing varies greatly on artwork size & wording length) - $60+
Prices are listed under each style and is a base price per envelope for black sumi ink or brown walnut ink and sender’s address only. Envelopes are not included in pricing below. However, envelopes can be ordered through Nib & Flow Design to match your stationery. You may provide your own envelopes, but please note that additional fees may incur if the envelopes require extra time preparing them to accept ink properly. 20% extra envelopes are required to account for ink testing and possible mistakes due to the nature of each address being written by hand. A $30 minimum is required when ordering envelope calligraphy. Please find more information on envelope calligraphy below.

TIMELINE & RUSH ORDERS
All orders should expect a turnaround timeframe of 2 weeks (plus delivery) per 100 envelopes from the time envelopes, address list, deposit, and contract are received. Any orders that are needed to be completed before this time are subject to a 40% rush fee.
DARK, LINED, OR TEXTURED ENVELOPES
Envelopes that are dark or lined may prevent my guidelines from showing through the envelope. If so, your order may be subject to an additional fee of $.35/Envelope. This fee also applies to rough or textured envelopes that require extra time in preparing the envelopes to accept the ink.
Addresses must be formatted correctly or an additional fee of $50 will occur. Each address should have proper titles, line breaks, and be centered. Envelopes will be addressed to match the information provided to me. See example below for proper formatting. File needs to be saved as a pdf, with no more than 3 columns and 8 rows of addresses. If address list is still under construction or being composed, please wait to send it as one file. Additional individual “add-ons” may also be subject to a fee.
